“Eat the Heat” is the Nationally Recognized and Award Winning annual fundraiser hosted by the Austin Chapter of NACE, the National Association of Catering Executives. Each year NACE-Austin partners with a local charity and produces an event that showcases Austin’s finest culinary talent and their favorite ways to beat the grueling Texas summers.  The theme for this 10th Annual edition of “Eat the Heat” is WHITE HOT . . . Come Spice Up Your Night. The summer’s hottest party will be held on Wednesday, August 25^th, at the downtown Sheraton Austin Hotel. On Friday, May 21st, Moonshine will join up with Austin Habitat for Humanity and Habitat Young Professionals (HYP) to raise money for needy families.
