We offer several options and flexibility for our Patio-adjacent spaces including the Sunday House & Carriage House Bar. Below are several options for how we can tailor our spaces to your event needs.
Patio Buy-Out Packages
Patio Dining Room: Covered space with built-in heaters in winter and misters/fans in warmer months. Includes private entrance from the front of the restaurant. Please note this space is not air-conditioned.
Sunday House: Historic enclosed cottage with heating and air conditioning.
Nook: Covered mingling/buffet space adjacent to the Patio and Sunday House.
Carriage House Bar: Historic enclosed bar space located behind the Patio.
Fire Pit Area: Outdoor mingling space next to the Patio Bar.
Includes Covered Patio, Sunday House, Nook, Carriage House Bar, & Fire Pit
Capacity: Up to 225 guests
Seated Capacity: Up to 100 guests
Reception Capacity: Up to 225 guests
Reception-Style Patio Side Options:
Patio: Up to 85 guests

Patio + Nook + Sunday House: Up to 150 guests
Patio + Nook + Carriage House Bar + Fire Pit: Up to 175 guests

Our enclosed historic “Patio Bar” was originally used as a mule station and carriage house for the property owner’s dry goods business.
